Most sleep products are either expensive devices that do very little, or cheap textiles that fall apart after a month. We wanted the opposite: a short range of things that do one job properly, and that we would still be happy to own in three years.
WealthSmart Tech Commerce Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong, registered on 18 September 2025 under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) with company number 78825535. We are a small business: one director, a product and customer service team based in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, and a registered office in Mong Kok, Hong Kong.
The company was set up because there was no Hong Kong entity that we could trade through directly, and because we wanted the legal and financial side of the business to sit in a jurisdiction with straightforward rules, plain English contracts and transparent company records. Everything about how we operate is meant to be checkable — our registration number, our business registration certificate and our directors are all published in the footer of every page of this store.
We do not present this as a large operation, because it is not one. We present it as a careful one.
Delivery times, shipping costs, who pays import duty, return windows and the return address are on the site before you order — not buried in a policy you have to go looking for. If a page and a policy ever disagree, the policy is the answer and we will fix the page.
We describe materials, dimensions, noise levels and battery life — the things we can measure. We do not claim that a product treats insomnia or that a fabric has properties we cannot demonstrate. No product we sell is a medical device.
Two years on electronics, one year on textiles, covering manufacturing defects. If something fails within that period, we repair or replace it, and we pay for the return journey. The warranty period is stated on every product page.

Our textiles are produced by a family-run garment workshop in Baiyun District that has been working with washed cotton and linen for over a decade. We visit, we specify the fabric weight and the finishing ourselves, and we keep the same two suppliers rather than chasing the lowest quote each season.
Our electronics are assembled to our specification by a contract manufacturer, with the component list written by us and firmware developed in-house. We test every production batch before it ships.
Sizing, delivery to your country, or whether a product is right for the room you sleep in — we would rather answer it properly before you order than process a return afterwards.
