These terms govern all contracts for the sale of goods made between you and WealthSmart Tech Commerce Limited 財智通科技商貿有限公司, company number 78825535, of 15/F, Room 1508, Argyle Centre Office Tower Phase 2, 625 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our").
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is out of stock or we cannot ship to your destination — we will tell you and refund any amount already taken.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you order on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. Our products are not intended for children.
We take care to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions and origin. Product images show the item; minor variation in colour between screen and physical product is normal and is not a fault.
Product claims. We describe how our products perform in ordinary use. Nothing we sell is a medical device, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If a product page states that an item is suitable for a particular purpose, that statement relates to ordinary use only.
Delivery estimates are working-day estimates and are set out in the shipping policy. They are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, and the last working day of an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered. Where a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to trace it and, where it cannot be recovered, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Your right to return and the process for doing so are set out in the returns policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
You may cancel an order before dispatch, and we will refund it in full. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including your right to a refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Electronics carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects and textile items carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the affected part or item, and where repair is not possible, replacement or a full refund. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, or use contrary to the care instructions.
Where you are a consumer in the European Union, this warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights against the seller.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs inspection, carrier failure, or the recipient's failure to provide accurate delivery information.
How we collect, use, store and share your personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. We process your data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies.
These terms and any contract formed through this store are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first — most are resolved by email within one working day. If we cannot resolve it, either party may bring proceedings in the courts of Hong Kong, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
