• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Electronics carry a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, covering parts and labour. Textile items carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Care instructions are listed in the specifications table above; following them is the simplest way to keep the warranty valid.
